Friedhelm Hessling
Born in 1956, Diplom-Kaufmann. He completed his academic education at Cologne University and started his career with Philips Germany. He has held Senior Management positions with BASF Group, EnBW AG and Ingram Micro disposing of leadership practice with overall responsibility for all financial matters within SMEs as well as in Holdings.
He helds extensive know-how in controlling and accounting according to international rules and standards (German GAAP, IFRS, US-GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance SOX), streamline of processes, shared services, outsourcing, financial and performance management. His experience covers development and execution of business strategies, M&A projects based on successful activities with production, sales and service companies.
