Milena Roveda
Born in 1968 in Lima, Peru, an Italian citizen, Betriebswirtin. She began her career by joining the Peruvian subsidiary of Bayer, the pharmaceutical and chemical giant. In 1991 she was transferred to the company's headquarters in Leverkusen.
She is an expert in international finance and controlling with many years experience in the sales, production and R&D areas. She has held several executive positions involving international responsibilities in the consumer/branded-goods industry and in the industrial services sector.
Self-employed since 1999, she serves as consultant/interim manager in the finance and controlling areas for several major corporations, as well as for medium-sized companies. She concentrates mainly on the implementation and reorganization of accounting and controlling structures; on the introduction of management information systems based on local accounting principles, IFRS and US-GAAP; on project leadership in areas such as mergers, MBO and on the set-up of new companies. Solid expertise in staff training and coaching of executives round off her profile.
